HOW DO I SECURE MY DATE?

STEPS TO SECURE YOUR DATE BY CREDIT CARD

1. Email us for a copy of the Videographe Order Form & Production Agreement.

2. Complete the Client Contact Information, Event Location Information, and Select the Video Package Type.

3. Read, Sign & Date the Production Agreement.

4. Print out the Videographe Credit Card Authorization Form.

5. Complete, Sign & Date the Credit Card Authorization Form.

6. Fax or Mail us the Order Form, Production Agreement, and Credit Card Authorization Form. Please be sure to calculate & include CA State Sales Tax as well.

STEPS TO SECURE YOUR DATE BY CHECK

1. Email us for a copy of the Videographe Order Form & Production agreement.

2. Complete the Client Contact Information, Event Location Information, and Select the Video Package Type.

3. Read, Sign & Date the Production Agreement.

4. Mail us the Order Form, Production Agreement, and Credit Card Authorization Form along with a check for 50% of the total cost. Please be sure to calculate & include CA State Sales Tax as well.
